Our History
The company was founded by father and son, Vince and John Kelly in the front room of the family home in 1995.
As the company expanded, Vince and John nurtured in-house talent, and planned for the long-term future by focusing on training and developing young professionals.
Over time, the Board of Directors has expanded and includes a host of outstanding individuals who have worked their way through the business underlining the business ethos of rewarding talent and hard work.
We remain a privately owned family company enabling us to focus on being a safe and high quality civil engineering company.
Our growth is organic and funded through our own debt-free investment. One of the biggest factors in our success is combining the personal approach of a family business whilst being able to ensure we can undertake the largest and most complex of projects and thus meet the expectations of our client base.
