Anti-Idling Campaign
Our anti-idling campaign sets us apart from others within the industry. By encouraging responsible behaviour and implementing every-day, practical solutions to limit unnecessary vehicle idling, we are not only cutting down on harmful pollutants but also raising awareness about the importance of sustainability and instilling good habits in our people.

Solar Energy
We have fitted solar panels at our two largest offices in Shirley and Northampton to decrease our dependence on non-renewable energy. Additionally, we have made a significant and forward-thinking investment in solar-powered site welfare units, marking a major step in our sustainability journey.

Carbon Neutral Site
Our first ever carbon neutral site with synthetic (HVO) fuel, battery powered equipment, solar powered welfare set ups and electric plant & fleet.
Electrification of Fleet
Our car fleet is currently all hybrid or fully electic and we are steadily transitioning to an all electric model. Our van fleet has a 2.5 year life-cycle meaning our vehicles are as emission-efficient as possible at all times.
Paperless Business
We remain committed to becoming a completely paperless business. Our internal management systems and integrated softwares play a vital role in minimising paper usage, extending across our offices and sites.
Plant & Machinery Life Cycle
We re-new our plant and machinery every 3 years, ensuring we stay at the forefront of compliance and make use of the most emission-efficient equipment avalible.
Vehicle Telematics
Along with speed restrictors on our vans, we have equipped all company vehicles with telematics systems enabling us to monitor and optimise commute and travel times. These initiatives not only support our sustainability efforts, but also positively impacts the safety of our drivers.
Quality Control
We have expanded our investment in Quality Control which has had a direct benefit in reducing waste and increasing resource efficiency.
Lighting & Heating
Reduced Speed
Van speeds are restricted to reduce fuel consumption and our plant and van utilisation is reviewed as part of our anti-idling campaign.
Carbon offsetting
Sustainable Material Practices
Our procurement policy is to use recylced materials wherever these can be sourced locally. We also avoid the importation of bulk material by utilising materials already avalible on site.
