Trainee Technical Co-Ordinator

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Understanding processes & procedures within the Technical and engineering department. 

•  Dealing with technical enquiries from Quantity Surveyors, Engineers, and Site. 

• Reviewing and logging CCTV Surveys. 

• Reviewing drawing revisions  

• Register drawing revisions and issue them to chase up to Quantity Surveyors each Monday. 

•  Administering site start information including site checks and chasing information. 

• Assist with departmental development. 

• Other duties as reasonably required from time to time 

Requirements:

• At least 3 B’s at A Level or equivalent • Knowledge of CAD would be advantageous 

• Candidates with a desire for a long-term career within Construction 

• Dedicated and determined 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and organization 

• Good skill with numbers with a high degree of accuracy 

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Ability to effectively prioritize and work under pressure 

• Clean UK driving license
