As part of MV Kelly’s Commercial team, you’ll gain exposure to all aspects of residential groundworks Quantity Surveying, from cost planning and valuations to managing subcontracts and controlling budgets. You’ll work on major projects while receiving structured training and mentoring to help you progress quickly. - $No, our trainee programmes are designed to give you all the training and support you need. All we look for is enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic above all else.

- $Our process includes an online application, followed by an initial telephone interview. Successful candidates will then be invited to attend a recruitment day at one of our regional offices where you will interview with key members of the business. We’ll keep you informed at every stage.

- $Our trainee roles are designed to support those with no prior experience in the role. All we ask is for is a good standard of GCSEs and A Levels (or equivalent) and that you showcase a passion for working within our business.
