Looking to kick-start your career in construction without the student debt? Our Trainee Programme offers the perfect blend of work and study.
You’ll join us with little or no experience and begin by working alongside our Commercial teams to gain practical site and office experience. After six months of training, you’ll be enrolled onto a sponsored Quantity Surveying degree, where you’ll study one day a week and apply your learning on live projects for the rest of the week.
We’ll cover your course fees while you earn a full salary, meaning you’ll graduate with both a degree and valuable hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Assist in reviewing drawings, surveys, and technical information.
- Register and issue drawing revisions.
- Support engineers with CAD tasks such as creating road models and volumetric analysis.
- Handle technical queries from site teams.
- Provide admin and reporting support to the Technical team.
Requirements:
- 3 A Levels at grade B or equivalent
- Full or working towards a clean driving licence
- Enthusiasm, commitment, and a willingness to learn
